At the end of the instructor-led course, each participant will take a knowledge test to assess their comprehension
of what they learned in the preceding three days.
However, the Certification doesn’t stop there! 30-60-90 days following the training, each participant
will review with their owner/area (district) manager their Action Plan that they created in class. After each review,
the owner will sign-off on completion. At the end of 90 days, if the manager has accomplished what they had set
out to do, they will receive their Wireless Retail Store Manager Certification.
